Valentine

Today was the valentines party at Nils' preschool. He made cards for all his classmates (almost) all by himself.
I made cookies for him to take, and they turned out much prettier than I expected.
Here's the recipe if you're interested:
Cake mix cookies

1 box cake mix,
1 egg
1/3 C oil
2 T water

Preheat oven to 375. Mix ingredients, roll into balls then coat with sugar, or just drop by spoonfuls onto baking sheet. Bake about 8 minutes.
