5 years old

Nils turned five today. He wanted a yellow flavored cake, and drew me a picture of what he wanted on his cake, which I replicated to the best of my ability.

He also went and got out the birthday crown with no prompting needed from me. After we had cake and presents we went to watch Toy Story 3. The kids liked it okay, but I think more adults would enjoy it than kids.
