Part of our original plan was to go to Seaworld because Nils said he wanted to go to an aquarium and see some sponges.
We decided that for the cost, and for what Nils was actually wanting, it would be better to go to an actual aquarium rather than an Orca themed amusement park. Luckily a rather nice aquarium was right next to the beach that I'm most familiar with so that worked out pretty well.
There was a sponge in one of the tanks, but we couldn't find it. Though the seahorse exhibit was super cool, and they also had a bunch of sharks.
Walter didn't like it and pouted just about the whole time. Except he stopped pouting when he got to ride on this see-saw. It helped that there was a similar sized kid on the other end making it extra fun.

When was this?
This was when we went to CA right after Christmas. I wrote and scheduled a bunch of posts, and must have messed up the date on this one because it is out of order.
